Nuget Package when viewed within Visual Studio does not have a License field #97

Will fix that on the next NuGet release. I still need to find a VS extension to manage these, as I've been relying on NuGet Package Explorer.

Please also include the *.xml files in the nuget package

Would that be the theme files from the extended toolkit?

No, They are created during compile to aid intelli-sense for the API's etc.
They have the same name as the dll, but with the xml extension
