This adds $splitpkgdir to split package functions, which should be used to move contents to split packages.

WarmLinux's changes are (compared to Arch Linux's):

  • Different $pkgdir semantics - this always points to pkg/BASE
  • Support for package() function - can be used to install stuff to $pkgdir (but won't be used for actual packaging)
  • Split package functions should install intended files to $splitpkgdir and have access to $pkgdir variable, where files can be copied.

This cannot be upstreamed, because it changes split package semantics completely.
