(In [9587]) Simplify sendScoreCheck() and Remove recvScoreSubmission() since it wasn't needed, and instead use setMultiStats().
This fixes the scoreboard so all sides have the correct score. NOTE If you cheat then your score will NOT advance! NOTE scoreboard is the last priority for the sync code, if things don't look correct on all screens, now you know why.
