Lobby game list shows wrong pop-ups

When several games are there in the lobby, all these pop-ups (tooltips?) for all games show the same text; specifically, they seem to show the last game's description.

[11546] adds a tooltipbuffer, but every tooltip needs its own string. I stumbled over that problem before when I wanted to show the full game name (before finding a different solution), because I couldn't find where to free that...
