Truck control limit can be bypassed with the help of allies #2175

In multiplayer games, you can bypass the truck limit by your allies giving you some more through the unit transfer. In fact, it appears the build queue becomes messed up (clicking the build icon no longer brings up a menu) when you have too many trucks.
