Units don´t gain experience by killing cyborgs

I noticed this bug in some earlier games as well but I never could explain it. After playing some matches I believe that tanks killing cyborgs don´t gain experience.

Actual situation:
I am playing a match on Sk-SandCastles-T1 against 7 AI´s on hard. For some reason green sends 5 repair-cyborgs into my base. My rocket-tanks kill them, but they don´t gain any experience for it.

The main problem is that experience is a decimal number, so if you have e.g. 10 units killing 9 enemies, you might get 0.9 experience per unit, shown as 0. The number also gets truncated in savegames though.

Round experience when saving.

In-game it is a float, but saved as (truncated) int. Refs #2641.

Should make it clearer that it is not an integer number. Closes #2641.
