Todo before merge to Master:

• Update Menu - thanks cybershpinx for the proposal
• Add Logout
• Add SSL - Cacert Cert
• Add docs
• Test for usability
• Extend makefiles for MSVC
• Find a better way to include the cacert cert.
• Include the certs with Packages (NSIS + deb)
• Add an option to ./configure --disable-ssl"

Planned features after Merge:

• Clan Tags
• Server side stats
• Perodic screenshots
• Something to show that stuff off on wz2100.net
