Works great here ( Linux, Geforce 9800GT + Nvidia Drivers).
Testing on Windows and Mac next.

Just tested on Windows 7 - Lenovo Thinkpad T410, Nvidia NVS 3100M, i disabled VSYNC at the drivers to test this.

60 FPS with Vsync
160 FPS with Vsync on (no restart).

Before this patch FPS without VSYNC was at max 74 did you do something?

Add swap interval control to QtGame. There's no longer any need to restart to change vsync settings.
