Doesn't look like anything special, just untranslated lines. Will get done when it gets done.

I don´t know much about coding - why don´t or can´t you just take the translated lines from 2.3.8? Except from some new lines there are quit a lot lines that appear to be untranslated in master but translated in 2.3.8.

Using the whole 2.3 file in master will remove those strings only in master. I am not aware of a tool that can merge files (although that'd be very helpful).
