Please can you make it so that features are not tertile specific, so mappers can use them in maps correctly.

Currently features look like this: [attachment:before.png]

I'm hoping that they'll be like this: [attachment:after.png]

I made a mod that does this for 2.1. Attached is a slightly refined version.

The patch does what I'm after, I have not been able to find any problems.

IMPORTANT: You will have to manually rename page-28-naval.png in data\base\texpages to page-27-naval.png. The rest should all be done by the patch.
