Audio-ISSUE-77 (roc): AudioBuffers' relationship to AudioContext [Web Audio API]

http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/track/issues/77

Raised by: Robert O'Callahan
On product: Web Audio API

Do AudioBuffers created on one AudioContext work with other AudioContexts? If not, what happens when authors try to use an AudioBuffer with the wrong AudioContext? This needs to be specified.
