nvidia support when plugged straight into the nvidia card doesn't work great #76

We now have support for Optimus style support in hardware. I.e. support acceleration via the LVDS/VGA connector. However for PCs that plug directly into a nvidia 3D acceleration card, which tbh is unlikely for kiosk deployments, it doesn't work.

However IT admins and decision makers probably use such a configuration and have a bad first experience. So this bug is important to resolve.
