Hey, this project is looking great! I'm especially looking forward to the Sync app, since I've been looking for a good way to selectively sync files to my laptop. I know you're probably pretty busy, and I would love to contribute some of these myself but I'm not sure if/when I'll have time. However, just wanted to document these here for future reference. Let me know your thoughts/if you'd like me to create individual issues for these.

  • "Tracks" view: would be awesome to see all tracks at once and shuffle them
  • replace "Library" icon and change name to "Albums": I think of my entire collection as my library, and Albums is a way to group tracks
  • more expressive icon for Playlists: something that looks more like a list or a set of items?
  • ability to create playlist from the Playlists tab
  • sorting artists alphabetically in artist view: not sure if it's just my server still indexing things, but artists don't seem to be in any kind of order
  • displaying artist name as-is: it seems like there is a transformation being applied to artist names (i.e. Title Case) which causes stylized names (e.g. A$AP Rocky, NxWorries) to display in a different format
  • consider Inter typeface: I generally find the Inter typeface to be a bit more visually pleasing https://rsms.me/inter/
  • bundle web player with the server: when running this in Docker, it would be awesome to have the web-player accessible at the exposed port; I was a bit confused and assumed that was how it worked at first, but then realized I needed to access my library from the hosted instance
  • consider invoking overflow menus on click rather than hover: coming from Spotify/other apps, I kept clicking "Download" because I was expecting to have to click on the overflow menu to open it.

Maybe an integration with modipy? https://mopidy.com/
