The calendar is also displayed extremely small on high DPI display.
Below is an enlarged picture:

might be an Windows issue as T-Clock is just asking the calendar control how much space it'll need to display...
Can you check a different program that uses the Windows calendar control? Such as:
run timedate.cpl, click "Change date & time"
