I have a user that is allowed to access the alphabetically last domains defined on my server. In order for them to see the domains on the zones-forward.php page they first have to page through all the empty pages. The first time I looked at this I assumed the settings for which domains the user could see had been removed, not noticing that there were 3 pages since the first page was blank.

Confirmed bug with pagination. Fix will come out with the next bug fix release.
