Don't force creation of db during install #72

Hi,

The installer should not assume that no db exists. If you provide user+pass+db, and the db exists, it should do some kind of 'is database empty'-check or similar, and if empty, it should proceed to use that.

They way it works now, the user you enter, needs the global CREATE privilege in order to create the db, which is ... yeah.

Produced output if you try to feed it with user+pass+existing db;

ERROR: Database already exists.
Please choose a different name.
