  1. corefonts: remove EULA display

This doesn't display the EULA for me (with 1.8.6 or 2.2).
On OSX, it breaks things with -q, issuing a prompt to reboot.

Given that everything is run in quiet mode anyway, this makes little sense, so kill it.

  2. make dist compatible with BSD (macOS, FreeBSD) xargs

BSD xargs command doesn't support long options, but it does
support (and ignore) -r flag for GNU compatibility. The BSD
xargs utility never runs with an empty argument list.

  3. fall back to sha1 on FreeBSD

FreeBSD has /sbin/sha1, which acts like sha1sum.

  4. fallback to fetch on FreeBSD

Allow fetch to work out of the box on FreeBSD by falling through
to the base system "fetch" utility.

  1. Makefile: allow later versions of LGPL 2.1 in licensing

    Drop Dan Kegel from Maintainers.

  2. src/winetricks: use standard license notice for LGPL 2.1+

The license notice said version "2", which would be the GNU
*Library* General Public License. Only since 2.1 the LGPL is the
GNU *Lesser* General Public License, as used in this notice and
in the COPYING file (committed 2011-03-05) - so I see this as a
    typo.

    Quoting LGPL 2.1:
"[The LGPL 2.1] counts as the successor of the GNU Library Public
License, version 2, hence the version number 2.1."
