MCC Hook fail to initialize

I'm on steam, everything go well and the game launches but when it does, a command box from MCC win64 shipping.exe appears showing :

In the game, i have the alpha ring overlay but when i launch a mission it doesnt work. im on the latest alpha ring version not the pre release one (which i tested too and had a "Fatal error" causing the game to be unable to launch).

I launch steam with admin access.

HAve any ideas why ?
