Allow NGSI proxy usage without passing through the cross domain proxy #281

Current implementation of the NGSI proxy allows cross domains request, so it would be great to support it. Moreover, the event source endpoint provided by the NGSI proxy cannot be used without a direct connection from the client side.

While trying to fix this bug, I've found that current ngsi-proxy implementation has only partial support for CORS. It has been fixed (see bug conwetlab/ngsi-proxy#2), but that means that a new version of the ngsi-proxy will be required.
