Menu doesn't open on training mode/game start

Used to do this, but potentially due to refactored code it no longer does

I never responded to this, but I verified that the correct behavior happens currently:

• Normal vs mode does not open the menu on round start
• Training Mode will open the menu on round start
• Holding R will cause VS mode to open on round start and will cause training mode to skip the menu opening.
