TOC styling #214

Issue Description

TOC doesn't reflect parent-child relationship with indentation of child list. Also, alignment is off.


This is possibly caused by overriding old theme (we already had issue with title font size being too large).

Expected Result:

Style should match TOC found here.


Actual Result:

This is how it looks now:

I'd like to suggest removing the children elements from the TOC altogether. Having this level of detail in the TOC gets overwhelming. I think just including the high level markers works best.

If I remember correctly it was decided to create filter which would enable/disable nested TOC. Is this correct @Kenshino?
