This adds a composer.json definition, as well as updating the README appropriately.

In order to make it function, however, you'll need to create a "1.0" tag (or any version, really), create a Packagist account, and point Packagist at your Git repository URL.

Looks good!

Before I merge though, the current version is 1.5, tagged as "v1.5". Can you change the .json to point at that? :)
