Embed Images: Center button doesn't align to center

Describe the bug
The left, right, wide, and full alignment buttons work for image embeds, but center align does not center.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Embed an image from an embeddable source
2. Click on each alignment button
3. Notice center stays left aligned

Expected behavior
I expect the item to be centered.

I am working through some CSS adjustments to my theme and ran across some of the center alignment issues.

I was looking for other formats to test and found your issue.

I copy the URL and actually get an error, Is there another way to embed the IMGUR images?

I tried to paste the URL in a block, as well as using the IMGUR block specifically.

As of Gutenberg 10.6.1, this is still an issue and there is no option to add alignment.
