Description

Based on #861 from @Pmeet

This pull request has made the following changes

1. Retired the dags/commoncrawl module to retired folder
2. Removes the associated tests
3. Updates the README.md & env.template to remove any commoncrawl specific attributes
4. Removes unused testing buckets
5. Removes unused test files

Testing Instructions

1. just recreate && just test
2. just up -> verity the commoncrawl DAGs no longer show up in the list.
