Add faction/teeming visibility as a base for MapObject #139

This will allow me to mark patrols as a specific faction or teeming as well. This can fix some issues (missing objects) in the mapping because they cannot be hidden properly on non-Teeming weeks.

This will also again improve the back-end a bit. Also look into sharing Handlebars templates for a specific base like this.

#139 Added teeming + faction selection to packs, patrols.
This is only a UI change, the back end change will come next.
A bunch of inline handlebars templates were properly added as a compilable template which reduces page load size and increased performance.

#139 Backend changes for adding faction, teeming to packs and patrols.
Database migrations, API entries, JS reading/writing and UI displaying are done.
