Have you gotten this more than once? The error message its self is very odd and I have not encountered this before "Action[SetPoint] failed because[Failure]" it failed, because it failed. 🤔

all the time now. Happens when I turn in quests in Lich King thru Warlords so far. Also happens in multiple styles other than war.

When it happens, the mini map moves from the bottom center to the top right. Reloading the UI will move it back until it happens again. Don't know if that helps any :)
