I am trying to install on my laptop.
I am on localhost/installer.php.
I key in wrong credentials for the database and click Test Connection.
I saw no prompt for error on database connection.

The network on Chrome Dev Tools shows that under initialize.php Line 192 an Exception occurred and is not caught.
