This change adds support for GitHub through the use of GitHub Applications. The functionality is the same the big difference is that tokens have to be generated on the fly from GitHub. Other than that the behavior will be the same. The major difference between Azure DevOps and GitHub paths is that there is no project structure in GitHub.
