Tracker ticket for existing changes:

• r12703 adds raw+gdp: uncompressed raw sound data with gdp container
• r12704 adds wav+lz4, wav+lzo, raw+gdp+lz4 and raw+gdp+lzo

These can be useful on high bandwidth networks.
The stream compressors compress very badly, as they are not designed to compress sound data, but:

• they're superfast
• they can compress silence very efficiently - which does happen a lot
