Automate the Xubuntu download page

Currently, the download page [1] is built semi-manually (torrent and mirror download links are created automatically, the list of visible releases is not).

To automate this, we will need the following:
– LTS-switch for the release taxonomy (DONE)
– a text input (textarea) for defining the template that is used to output each release information
– a "download page" template
