Wallet loading improvement

• More visual update on creating/restoring and syncing wallet.

Fixed blockchain

again just new binaries from the etn team, after the rollback from the hardfork

Updated ETN binaries

• the new binaries are needed or the wallet will stop working in a few days (for more information read: electroneum/electroneum#118)
• you can also replace the binaries by yourself if you dont want to download everything (put the binaries in Resources\bin)

2 decimals

the value now only shows 2 decimals instead of 9
there is an button in the address book to add an address

Fixed seeds and sweep-all support

The seeds are now working and the language settings are fixed.

If you select all your money for a transfer, it now uses the sweep_all command. So you dont need to bother with tax-calculation and not be able to send your money.

Hotfix

*fixed stuck on reloading after restarting the wallet
