Ok Then @gtmaniak let's focus on what you CAN do. Here are some questions you can answer that will help us understand your problem.

  • Is your server Apache or Nginx?

  • Can you login to the Admin Area?

  • If you can login to the Admin Area, on the Admin interface, do you see any links in the Short URL column?
The Admin Interface will have a URL like:
http://example.com/admin/index.php (replace example.com with your domain.)

  • If you see links in the Short URL column, when you click on those links, does it take you to the Original URL (long URL) listed in the next column?

  • On the top menu of the Admin Area, when you click on the Manage Plugins link, do you see ANY Plugins listed?
The Admin Interface will have a URL like:
http://example.com/admin/plugins.php (replace example.com with your domain.)

  • With an FTP program or a Terminal look at the user/plugins directory of your YOURLS files, what are the names of the directeries listed there?

  • What directory is your /user/ directory in? Is this your DocumentRoot (Apache) or Webroot (Nginx)?

Yes, I can do all those things and everything functions fine. Even if I upload new plug-ins, they show up. However, no matter what plug in I try to activate with the button, they don't activate and I get error "No plugin specified, or not a valid plug in"

Apache or Nginx?

This could be the server block or .htaccess

Program Transfer Coruption

It seems the program is not finding your plugin directory.
You might want to download a NEW copy of YOURLS and then upload the program files again (overwrite).

I have in the past downloaded files that were corrupted along the way. I have also uploaded files that were corrupted along the way.

/user/ directory

What directory is your /user/ directory in? Is this your DocumentRoot (Apache) or Webroot (Nginx)? Or is it in a subdirectory like /s/ or /e/ or /y/?
