From the admin interface when I create an URL and klick "Shorten the URL" nothing happens more then that the button spinning.

When I create from the "javascript bookmark function" it works.

This is a bug because it should create a short URL but it does not.

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Create the shorten URL.

Reproducible bug summary

  1. Login to yourls
  2. write a domain in "Enter the URL"
  3. Alternative, choose custom short URL (the bug comes with something here and also if it's empty)
  4. Click "Shorten The URL"

Thank you, I just got "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" on the page on the wiki page.

I found this, #2243

and that did help if i added yourls.domain.com/index.php on my yourls site, it works. but not just standing in yourls.domain.com/
