Pre-conditions for the app to run

• In the github repository we have git ignored a file named google-service.json due to privacy reasons, this file will be included as part of the zip file. If you would like to include the file please include it in the folder named app, present in the root directory

  • In addition to this, please make sure the GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY is set in local.properties which is also present in the root folder (This information will be preset in the zip submitted)

• use emulator with google play

• Make sure you have you have android studio and it is up to date

• Download an android emulator

  • with android version 31 installed
  • google play compatible

How to run

1. Make sure all pre-requisite's from above are complete
2. Extract Zip file if you haven't already
3. Import extracted folder into Android Studio
4. Launch android emulator
5. Hit run.
