Installs all the various pre-req modules
First runs twice to check for idempotency, then curls localhost:3000 to see if Uchiwa is running

Works on my machine™ 😄 Full logs here on and OSX machine with Vagrant: https://gist.github.com/petems/718e5667c5ed3e284f77 Right now, unless you want to setup your own CI or run beaker tests in Travis against a cloud provider, there's no real way to publicly check them. Or run them in docker in wercker if required |
