pass size info in like :size => '50x50', not as :width and :height. breaks backwards compat, though could support both ways move sizing logic from static map to builder

- Added a strategy for pulling location data off of html elements by setting data-locations-selector on the map - Zoom dynamic map to show all the markers using google bounds class - Ruby builder class pass through html options to the content_tag method - simplify ruby builder code
This way different strategies can be used. Made the default strategy now getting off data- attributes, next up is to get data for multiple locations from markup
google will figure out a zoom that fits all markers for you.
