Framaforms indeed has become Yakforms, all the info is now centralized here.
I've never tried installing this YNH package, but if I understand correctly it is based on v1.0.3 of Framaforms-now-Yakforms.

Some thoughts and remarks :

• The installation process hasn't changed much between the two versions. The detailed instructions can be found here.
• The releases can now be downloaded on this server, which should make the downloading process easier.
• The Yakforms modules are now distributed on Drupal.org, making it theoretically possible to update the modules directly through the Drupal admin interface.
• For existing installations, instructions regarding the migration from Framaforms to Yakforms can be found on this wiki page.

Hoping to see this package working again soon !
