The main VI contains four simultaneously executed while loops, each performing a major function of the apparatus. These four main functions are:
- Sensor readings of airflow into each zone
- Control of the lights, circulation fans, and valves
- Sensor readings of the CO2, temperature, and humidity in the fresh air inlet, main supply, and main return, and each zone.
- Control of the plenum fan
