title should be self explanatory

Steps to reproduce the behaviour.

  1. start game on e1l1
  2. DNSTUFF to get everything
  3. fly with the jetpack to the highest point on the main street then turn it off
  4. before touching the ground, put a trip mine on a wall (this should stop duke form falling - the original was like this yeah) but duke's screaming sound keeps playing. The correct behavior (present on all ports as well as on the original game) was for duke to stop screaming.

I've taken a quick look at this and believe a proper fix is probably needed deeper within Duke's sound code rather than a spot fix. We'll discuss internally and work on a solution.
