Currently the game renders at 320x200 pixels and scales up. Y is scaled at 1.2x in addition to any scaling.

New idea: the game will render internally at 360 units high at a ratio of 16/12, 16/10, or 16/9. It will be scaled up by increments of 25%, or full screen at native resolution. Controls can determine whether to render at the unit resolution (for bitmaps) or native resolution (for vectors).
