WRITE field spacing: 5 blanks between fields

Per the HAL/S Programmer's Guide section 12.2, WRITE output fields should be separated by 5 blanks rather than being immediately adjoined. Currently yaHALMAT prints fields with no spacing between them.

I think this has been more-or-less on hold since discovering that Don's AP-101S emulator prints just one blank. I understand from Don that the one blank does not come from the AP-101S machine code per se, and that the machine code simply requests some service or other (which Don then wrote) to separate the fields. That being the case, we cannot regard the AP-101S emulator as being somehow more authoritative than the documentation.

HAL/S documentation more generally actually says that the number of blanks is "implementation dependent", and thus 5 is merely what the United Space Alliance's implementation demands. It's not some kind of HAL/S-wide dependence.

My suggestion would be that yaHALMAT have a command-line switch (say, --num-blanks=N) to set the number of blanks, with the default being 5.
