#Team Bake storytelling

  • Crowdsourced list of audiences, accompanied by main ranges that can define any group (tech savviness, power, involvement etc)
  • User stories, each pax writes out sentences explaining how a specific audience would engage with the process, and for what purpose. Structure is “I would like it to do X, i order for me to be able to do Y”. Circa 2 sentences per pax per audience.
  • Stories clustering (erroneously named “output” on the flipchart) - pulling out of main macro-themes from the collected user stories, to help frame the main issues.
  • Outputs breakdown A list of possible outputs, subdivided into specific formats, defined by need of dynamic data input, level of tech savviness required and the importance of hype for that specific format to succeed. The outputs were then also categorized by the type of audience and their involvement (the symbols on the left representing actor mapping categories). The outputs squared in red represent the MVP.
  • Actor mapping: concentric rings of Core, Active Interest, Loose Interest. Special Interest is represented as external to main dartboard. Symbols represent specific groups

  • Topic becomes a part of a public discourse #absurdistan
  • More informed and engaged voters in BiH
  • Our platform becomes areplicable paradigm (technically and conceptually)

##Sustainability:

  • simulations: basic & advanced (premium)

##Side notes: EU Officials and PIC which doesn’t really consist of only EUR countries (+ Japan, Russia, Turkey). PIC is meeting four times a year and usually they vote on something. OHR can also simply call them urgently. Since 2008 they haven’t really be doing anything.
