It doesn't cover ALL of the things and stuff to comfortable create a visual novel but most of them are available.
There might be BUGS - lots of things have been tested immediately after creating, but the way they may affect other things might be unpredictable somewhere.
There might be LAGS - the whole program isn't designed for the maximum performance possible, but at the moment it is not so bad anyways.
