Routing: Forwarding history fixes

Description

This PR:

• Ensure forwarding history loads on initial load on the Routing view (regression here: Bug fix: ZEUS-1260: routing fee totals being multiplied #1281)
• Remove all unnecessary forwarding history calls on the main Wallet view
