This is the gpu&cpu version of the algorithm PureDenoise.
- Download Fiji and open
- Click "help->Update", wait for the update to complete.
- Click [manage update sites], tick [clij] and [clij2].
- Copy-paste the "./PureGpu/target/PureGpu-0.1.0.jar" file into "Fiji/plugins" folder.
Open Fiji, start the plugin by running "Plugins/PureDenoise(cpu&gpu)/PureDenoiseGpu"
