Miscellanious improvements for Atom.

Features

• Sort the Packages menu.
• Open files dragged onto Atom's window in that window. Ignores Folders.
• Delete the Window menu
• Adds a new Config menu. "Your" commands from the File menu are moved here.
• Adds command to edit the active editor's syntax config from the package syntax-settings in a temporary editor.
