When I re-open a Project using the Open Recent menu, it no longer seems to remember which files I had open in that project when I closed its window.
For example if I have a project open and two of its files open in tabs, if I then close the window and then try to re-open the project from the Open Recent menu, the project tree opens fine but it then also opens three blank tabs containing untitled documents.
I may be mistaken, but I thought this was something that did used to work. (I apologise if this in fact was never a feature in the first place.)
A random thought: this possibly got broken when Atom's "click once to preview file, double-click to keep in new tab" functionality was added. This is just a hunch, and I have no idea when that functionality was actually added, but I personally only noticed it fairly recently, and it seems to have been at a similar time to when Open Recent started to exhibit this issue.
Thanks!

Did you recently updated Atom? In a recent release Atom changed something in serializer, resulting in previously opened files to be replaced by empty untitled files. Reopening those files should fix it for the next open. Can't find the related issue.
Hi jerone, yep I did update Atom recently, as I do try to stay as up-to-date as possible. It's true that I can re-open those files and they'll be fine for the rest of that session; however if I then close the project (or close Atom) and then try to re-open the project, I get the same problem again.
v5.0.0, Atom 1.7.3, Mac OS X 10.9.5.
