Fix Crash On Exit

Place kgdoom.nro, kgdoom.wad and any of the below Doom wads in the directory: /sd/switch/kgdoom/.

Ultimate Doom - doomu.wad
TNT - tnt.wad
Plutonia - plutonia.wad
Doom 2 - doom2.wad
Freedoom - freedoom.wad
Freedoom 2 - freedoom2.wad
Doom (Shareware) - doom1.wad

Place any desired pwads in /sd/switch/kgdoom/pwads/.

Support for Switch Firmware 5.0.x and for loading WADs from the sdcard.
