In a multi-project build, if one subproject depends on the other, javadoc.autoLinks tries to resolve the dependency from Maven Central but it can't be there.

For example, I have unij-collect-jdk10 depend on unij-api, and I get the following error:
https://travis-ci.com/tlinkowski/UniJ/builds/123617964#L458

I worked around it by disabling auto-links for my projects (tlinkowski/UniJ@224888a), but it doesn't really solve the problem, because - this way - I won't have links between my subprojects.

Could Kordamp use -linkoffline javadoc option (linksOffline in Gradle) for multi-project builds, where packagelistLoc would be set to build/docs/javadoc/element-list (or package-list, if element-list is absent)?
