Supported platforms

  • aardvark.base is platform-independent (except for the assemblers).
  • aardvark.rendering works on Windows, Linux support is rather sketchy.
  • aardvark.media works on Windows, Linux support needs some love.

Supported GPUs

  • currently we need OpenGL 4.3 or more for aardvark.rendering

Notes on Linux Support

  • TODO: fix libdevil
  • TODO: check OpenGL support
  • currently, plugin loading mechanism takes super long on mono when run for the first time (for each application)
